Comfortable Bull

Appearance is important you should dress for the the setting.  In my last post I mentioned an encounter with a street person who obvioulsy wanted everyone to dress like he does. Unfortunately his message seems to be  being taken seriously and has a large following.  In the past couple of years I have attended business meetings where folks come dressed in old jeans and polo shirts some with holes in them almost always frayed collars. At more than one gathering I mentioned the sloppy attire and the refrain was " Hey I want to be comfortable" .  Having worn jeans to work for many years I can tell you they are not the most
comfortable attire nor even a distant second. I wear jeans every day for chores, they are protective. Proper sized dress slacks and a sport shirt are very comfortable. Even work uniforms are more comfortable and better looking. Guys when you come to a biz meeting with baggy jeans exposing your crack I gaurantee you no one wants to see it. You may think it is comfortable and cool but to the rest of the world you are repulsive. I' want to be comfortable"  is a bunch of bull and you know it, and by the way that 3 day beard you think is cute screams I'm immature and begging for attention. Either grow a beard and keep it neatly trimmed or shave. By the way it would be nice if you would bathe daily also. There is a time and a place to be a smelly bum. It is when you are out camping by yourself or home alone for the weekend.  When attending biz meetings or social gatherings, even stopping for a beer at the local pub bathe and dress nicely. No one except other slobs want to do business or socialize with a slob. End note-- if all of your friends are slobs it is time to get new friends.
